This site is meant to be usable by anyone who needs a landscaper, including people who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader or a phone at large text sizes. This page says what has been done and how to report what has not worked.
What standard does the site aim at?
The target is WCAG 2.2 level AA, the current W3C Recommendation. That means text with enough contrast against its background, a page that reflows at 400 percent zoom without losing content, forms with visible labels rather than placeholder text alone, a focus indicator that can be seen, and headings in a logical order so a screen reader can navigate a page by its sections.
How does the site work with a keyboard?
Every link, button and form field can be reached with the Tab key, and the field being filled is outlined. The menu opens with the keyboard and closes with the Escape key. The phone number is a link, so it can be activated with Enter, and on a phone it opens the dialer. The main actions work without a mouse. If you reach a point where the focus disappears, that is a bug, and the section below explains how to report it.
How are forms and phone numbers handled?
The forms label every field in text, mark the required fields, and keep the error message next to the field that caused it. The phone number is written as text and also as a link, so a screen reader reads the digits and a phone can dial them.
What is known to be imperfect?
2 things are worth stating plainly. Call tracking scripts and third-party form delivery are run by other companies, and a change on their side can briefly affect focus order or page load. PDF documents, when they are linked, may not be tagged for screen readers; the same information is given in the page text wherever possible.
How do you report a barrier?
Send a note through the contact page with the page address and what happened, or call the number below and describe it. Say which browser and which assistive technology you were using if you know. Each report is reviewed. If the barrier blocks a request, say so in the message, or use the phone number below instead.
