This policy explains what happens to the information you send through this website. It covers the forms, the call tracking that runs on the site, the analytics behind it and the choices you have over your own data.
What information do you collect through the form?
The forms on this site ask for your name, phone number, ZIP code and the service you pick and, where a form asks for them, your city, email address, a budget range and a description of the work. The ZIP code and the city help confirm the service area. Only what you type or select in those fields is collected, plus the page and the time the form was sent. You can leave the description short and give the details on the phone instead.
Who sees the information once you send it?
The forms on this site send your details to this site's own server, which emails them to the inbox that runs this site through Cloudflare, our email provider. Your details are not sold or rented, and they are not used for marketing you did not ask for. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer your request, such as the person who returns the call.
What does the call tracking record?
This site uses a call tracking number, so a call placed from a page can be matched to the page that produced it. The platform records the date, the time, the calling number, the duration and the page the call started from. Calls may be recorded, and you can ask for a recording to be deleted. The tracking platform is a third party with its own privacy terms.
Does the site use cookies or analytics?
The site uses a small number of cookies to count visits and to keep the call tracking attribution working. Analytics tells us which pages get read and which do not, in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser and the pages still work, though the call attribution stops. The site also uses WhatConverts, a call and lead tracking service: it sets cookies and records how you reached the site (for example the search you came from), the pages you open, and the forms or calls that follow.
How long is the information kept?
Form submissions and call records are kept long enough to answer the question and follow up. You can ask for your record to be removed sooner, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires the record to stay. Deletion requests are handled at the contact details below and do not need a reason.
What are your choices and how do you use them?
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction or ask for deletion. You can also ask not to be contacted again. The same options apply to every visitor.
