These terms govern the use of this website. By reading the pages or sending the form you accept them. They are short on purpose: the site is a source of information with a phone number and a form.
What is this website for?
The site describes landscaping work in Scottsdale and the towns around it, publishes market price ranges from named sources, and explains the local rules that affect a yard. It also carries a phone number and a form so a request can be started. Any work is governed by a separate written agreement.
How should the published prices be read?
Every cost range on this site is a market range taken from a published source, named or described by type in the sentence that carries the number. Those figures describe what work commonly costs in a market, not what the work on your property will cost. The price for a specific yard depends on access, soil, drainage, materials, the condition of what is already there and the scope that is finally agreed. A range is a planning tool. It is not an offer, not a bid and not a commitment to hold a number.
Who is responsible for the local rules described here?
Pages describe permit rules, water rules and native plant rules in plain language, from public sources that are linked in the text. Those rules change, and each property has its own zoning, easements and HOA covenants that the site cannot see. The description here is general information, not legal advice and not a zoning determination. Before any wall, fence, grade change or plant removal, confirm the requirement with the city or county that has jurisdiction, and with the HOA if there is one.
What about links to other websites?
The site links to city pages, state agencies and cost publishers so a claim can be checked. Those sites belong to other organizations, they have their own terms and privacy policies, and their content can change without notice. A link is a citation. If a link is dead or a page has moved, say so through the contact page.
What about availability and liability?
The site is provided as it is. Pages can be offline, a form can fail, and a phone line can be busy. To the extent the law allows, the site and its owners are not liable for a decision made from reading a page, including a decision about a budget, a plant, a material or a permit. Confirm anything that matters before money is spent.
How do these terms change?
These terms can be updated when the site changes, and the date at the top of the page is the date of the current version. The version that applies is the one published when you use the site. If a change is material, the pages that describe the affected practice change in the same pass. Continued use after a change means the new version applies. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under Arizona law that cannot be removed by agreement.
